Most of our standard pieces are delivered within 7-10 business days. For larger custom furniture items, please allow 3-5 weeks for specialized white-glove delivery and assembly.

Do you offer a warranty on Fink products?

Yes, we provide a 2-year limited warranty on all structural frames and a 1-year warranty on textiles and surface finishes against manufacturing defects.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?

Absolutely. You can order up to five fabric or leather swatches free of charge through our 'Swatch Request' page to ensure the color and texture match your space perfectly.
